The last couple days, there has been a lot of activity on the lot next to Philip's house. It's been exciting to watch the big machines and trucks clearing land for a new house. We went down yesterday and met these guys. We spent a lot of time watching them work. As you will figure out from reading what he wrote, Philip was having a hard time seeing, but he was still very excited to be out there with all the action. Here's what Philip had to say about it:
